And some stores carry the airplane-bottle sizes (good for experimental
drinks, or for cooking when you only need a little) and some don't (Wake
Cty. Cameron Village, for one). If it's a goddamn state agency you'd think
there'd be some sort of -- er, consistency across the board...

Now, about not buying online/mail order: do retailers just refuse to ship
to addresses based in NC? and I'm assuming this goes for just hard liquor,
not beer/wine?
