One thing to point out is that this project is actually done
by the same schools in Oregon that are being targeted by MS...

Paul, you way that the savings aren't all that much compared
to the Wake County school district's budget. Do you have any
information on how the savings might compare to a poorer school
district, say for example, Hoke county? I would think the savings
might be more percentage-wise...
