We, too, have 3rd World Electric Co., and were without power 9 days last
December. I almost feel guilty that we had the extra week that you did not.
We refilled the tub whenever the elec. came back on. between storms. Kept
the wood stove going, kept boiling water. It became a way of life--and then,
by some miracle of nature, winter gave up and spring arrived. You probably
lose elec, like we do, even in the summer on a day without any weather of
any kind. That's the worse insult, if you ask us.
