The next time I get longer term macro type forecast for S. TX will post it.
Hopefully, it will be a change for the better.

I know the lady I keep an eye out for was pretty darn accurate for much of
the US this year based on posts from ya'll from your various area.  Posted
that last Nov or Dec.

I have dipped in some of those "egg water" type natural springs, ughhh.
You're right you smell worse after.  In a pinch though you can survive.
Wonder if loading up on perfumy type body lotion would help in the meantime.
A cheap fix?

My feelings exactly. Plus I heard two of the three municipal wells have
gone dry. So even at that exorbitant price it's becoming a scarce local
commodity.

Our neighbor is generously giving us free sulfurous water from a hose
passed through our fence (we are giving them free eggs), as that's about
the only well in our immediate community that's functioning. But it's
proving too harsh on our skin and hair after two months. I smell worse
after showering than before! We can continue to use it on our reduced
size fall garden, and buy drinking water, but bathing is the main issue.
So rain seems like the best option at this point, especially since we
are finally getting some.

LOL! I sent my husband to town for "floral body lotion" and he came back
with unscented mentholated lotion. He thought it meant mint. Now I smell
like a rotten egg smoking a cigarette filter.
