Have you ever been up to the Blue Ox in Eureka, Don? They have a whole big old warehouse set up to do everything using the old hand tools. They make a lot of stuff for folks who are remodeling the Victorians up in the area.

The press corp is fact-adverse but very fable friendly.

In woodworking there those self described Neanderthals who will not touch
anything with a power cord. They wax endlessly about the virtues of a quiet
shop and long curls from a well tuned pre war Bailey. On the other hand
there are those who must have every power tool Norm Abram has ever touched.
They counter with the limited shop time and the need to get something done
fast. Who is correct? Neither and both. A tool is just a tool, be it a
30-30 rifle or a Bailey No 6, or a Porter Cable Plunge Router. All have
their uses.
