I know your post was just good sarcasm, but it does bring up a point. I
believe that, on this list and other places, labels like socialism and
fascism, tend to lose their relevancy because people are operating under
different definitions. Most of us were alive when JFK was president. By
todays standards JFK would be a conservative, even culturally.
To me, there is little difference between corporatism/socialism/facism. In
history, different regimes have been labeled one or another of the three. It
always ends badly. Stalin/Hitler/Mussolini , all the same , just wearing a
different nameplate.
Collectivism, with goverenment or corporatiions directly deciding how we live
our lives, make our thoughts, etc. is where we are heading if we don't
change. Whatever name a person choooses, I don't like it.......bobford
