them this week (frozen) and they cut it up into some real nice, thick

I hate hacking it into pieces.
Have you tried a sawzalll for butchering? I had passable results the one time I tried it, a new blade ( a metal cutting blade as I recall), no faster than I had to and it did a good job going thru the bone.
