Just read it. Yikes! Russia is the second largest oil exporter in the
world. All the major exporters are in a rather steep decine: Saudi Arabia,
Russia, Mexico, etc.

Eat, yes. Drive, rarely if ever. Gas now costs $10 for a round trip to town
in the more fuel efficient of the vehicles and under no load. The trip is
made so seldom, we can take the hit. At $10/gal it will be more than $25
maybe
$30 for the trip. It would be less often still but we could do it.

Or could we? If fuel is $10 a gallon, what will we find when we get to town?
