I grow it and buy it because I like the texture when it is mixed with all the other greens in my salads. It runs about the same price as spinach around here. But then I grow the spinach in with all my various lettuces, so I just grab a little of this and a little of that. I usually only end up buying it when I'm making raviolis and stuffing canolonis.
