You are the most aggravating person on this earth. Bermuda grass is a lawn, not a pasture grass. If you want to talk lawn grasses, then plant buffalo grass or Blue Grama which only need a 1/4" of water a week. Or sheep fescue which only needs to be watered monthly and in drought conditions goes dormant and will pop right back to your obsession, green, with a summer shower!

wherever there's no irrigation or natural water flow.
