We've done large scale and small scale nematode applications but not in several years.  The nematode species is critical as is soil moisture and soil temperature.  They only work on the larval stage of the JB and if the grubs are present in large enough numbers the nematodes will reproduce and do a great job.  For large properties however they can be an expensive proposition.  Very organic though.  This was discussed on this list a couple of years ago and somone from the list...at least back then...was a nemetode producer from the West Coast.  Need to be careful who you buy them from to insure viability.
