Hi Esther,
re people wanting to do something when it is too late: We try to be very blunt and say the time is past, there is nothing that will work until next spring.
Most people seem to accept that. We have a large poster showing the life cycle of JB that helps illustrate our comments.
I suppose some folks will go and buy stuff elsewhere, even after our chat, but we don't know. At least we gave it a shot.

Re: not easy to use successfully. Hmm. Would it be fair to say that applying nematodes is no more difficult than imadacloprid?
Would the success rate between the two be easy to determine? I dunno, I suppose in a homeowner setting it would not.
