Beware, this is a misunderstanding, I was commenting on the AIX and
IRIX build, I didn't even get that far on Solaris:

Making all in include
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/freetds-0.63RC2/include'
cd .. && /bin/bash /usr/local/src/freetds-0.63RC2/missing --run autoheader
configure.in:75: /usr/local/bin/m4: ERROR: Reading inserted file: No such
file or directory
autom4te: /usr/local/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1
autoheader: /usr/local/bin/autom4te failed with exit status: 1

You shouldn't bother too much about this, just an informal note what
_could_ happen on specific setups.
I'm mainly trying to build on AIX and IRIX, this is where the linker
difficulties occur.

Cheers,
Martin.
