I like to have one commentary per letter of St Paul...Would subscribers like
to suggest the best commentaries, focussing on the Greek text, for other
letters of Paul and comment on my
suggestions?
Oops -- I hadn't noticed the "Greek text" parameter of the question and simply listed commentaries that I've find especially suggestive for the interpretation of the letter (and I still insist on keeping my Schmoller). So here are some amendments to my list:
Romans -- Cranfield (ICC; wrong on PISTIS CHRISTOU but still offering the widest range of options for construing individual passages)
1 Corinthians -- Johannes Weiss (or, lacking German, Anthony Thiselton)
