Yes, Durham was in the works, but we got a house in Chatham Co.
instead.

My complaint isn't that development like what is going on in Chapel
Hill is inherently bad, but...and I think you touched on it, that
there aren't many low rent commercial properties left in Chapel Hill.
Where will those places move?

And unfortunately things that I care about don't seem to be a
commodity. In turn that means that things I hold near and dear to my
heart don't necessarily turn a substantial profit.

I had heard about plans for the Cradle, but what of the 506?

Also, do you really think Chapel Hill will do mixed-use right? I guess
what I mean is will they make it affordable so people don't have to
move to the subs and use there cars?
