This appears to be rather complicated as you need to burn certain types of info to a certain spot on the CD. http://www.bootdisks.us offers DOS 6.22 boot disks but they recognize only FAT16 not FAT32 and no long file names.
I could reformat C: to plain FAT to use them.

How was the BL34 (?) CD (iso file) created and can it be modified to use a different kernel (and then chroot to BL on hard drive)?
