That is the bare minimum. There are other packages in the d1 directory that may be needed for some sourcecode.

Just for reference, once those 5 packages are installed on a completely fresh BL3 I show 34.2 MB of space used on the disk. Subtract the size of a fresh BL3 install and you get the size of those 5 packages installed (ca. 30 MB?).
