_I_ don't but mc apparently does.

I was using mc to browse the system, and pressed F3 to view the file. mc
said it needed lynx.

Not any more. I borrowed Linux For Dummies several years ago to study.
It was good, but the CD-ROM was missing (why am I not surprised?).

Later I saw The Complete Idiot's Guide To Linux on sale at half price so
I bought it. But it is mainly concerned with a GUI version, in fact it
has only about a dozen pages or so on the commandline interface.

But it does have the CD-ROM (naturally as I bought a shrinkwrapped copy)
which I may use one day.
