Insmod the modules for your network card (or plip or whatever you are networking with).
Assign it an IP number with 'ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.1'

Access that number with Links, telnet, etc. It should put you into the directory where you started httpd from if it works like mini-httpd that I tried, unless you change the default.

Hi,
I would like to know how to use this httpd embedded in
busybox.
I am using loop BasLinux 3.4
I tried to access 127.0.0.1 from Links, but there
was an error about no service available
Thanks
Bye

Could you use an http server for the same purpose?
You can download
files just like ftp. IIRC, busybox has a built-in
httpd daemon.
