In which directory are you in when you execute it?
In which directory is parcd?
The ./parcd is looking for parcd in the current directory.

That's exactly where it was: i was in current directory and tried to
execute it with ./parcd, but the shell announced that it is unexistent
file... No luck after renaming it either.

No, wait, now when i replaced !/bin/bash with !/bin/sh, it runs, but
doesn't do anything... Well, i found it at URL which is at start of
the thread.

That should not be necessary.
