It doesn't say. :(

It just aborts with the message that the glibc is too old. But if Steven
knows where I can get a less demanding version of flash-player, then the
problem goes away.

I never thought to look it up. :)
And I have always accepted it to be a non-offensive substitute for a more
widely used expletive.
