I run BL3 in a loop with 8Mby of memory.

When I do a dmesg I find:

RAMDISK: ext2 filesystem found at block0
RAMDISK: Loading 94 blocks [1 disk] into ram disk... done

Does it mean that some memory is used for a ram disk ?
