I run BL3 in a loop with 8Mby of memory.
When I do a dmesg I find:
RAMDISK: ext2 filesystem found at block0
RAMDISK: Loading 94 blocks [1 disk] into ram disk... done
Does it mean that some memory is used for a ram disk ?

Yes, the loop version of BL3 has a small ramdisk
(to anchor the loop file). IIRC it is less than 100kb.

Cheers,
