Kernle panic: VGS: Unable to mount root fs on 07:00

It appears it cannot find fs.img. Are you sure
you put it in C:\BASLIN ?

d:\baslin30 (which I changed to d:\baslin to test it)
and for 3.32 in e:\baslin. I have 3.30 and 3.32 with
identical problems. I copied the .zip files via ethernet.
Should I download directly instead?

No, you should run it from C:\BASLIN

BL3.30 runs on the other computer in d:\baslin. If I rename that to baslin30 and unzip BL3.32 to e:\baslin, it boots. I don't have a c:\baslin on that computer. But just in case that makes a difference I just copied the zip file on the computer where d: and e: baslin's won't boot, to a new c:\baslin, and will try to boot:

I get an identical result from c:\baslin - attempt to access beyond end of device....... kernel panic

I will try floppy BL3.32 with lilo next.
