If it's any consolation or help, both dillo and links-hacked (the latter
is pretty much the same as Links2) work under Xvesa in DSL. Same goes for
Firefox (0.8). If it would help, I could try out BrowseX on a DSL install
I have and see if I can get it to work. Let me know.

PS I don't suppose compiling Netscape from source (is it even possible,
i.e., are source packages available?) would make any difference?
