You are short a digit there. It needs to be /dev/hda5
or /dev/hdb2 or whatever.

Strange. I deleted quite a bit of stuff from that filesystem
(to get it to fit in your 4mb RAM) but I don't see why 'which'
would be missing. /bin/busybox/which

I wonder if there is a PATH problem?
