There are several. 8390 and mii are probably the most common.

It is usually located in the modules directory (eg. /lib/modules)
in the first subdirectory below the kernel version number. For
example, in the Slackware 7.1 archive, you will find modules.dep
in /modules/2.2.16

So, for the module you want to use (which is not in Slackware 7.1),
you need to find the modules.dep that goes with that module. The
modules.dep in Slackware 7.1 won't give you that information.
