Since what you are reading is a sentence, "YHWH will see (or, provide)," YHWH in the Masoretic text will have the usual Masoretic pointing. If it survived as a place name from ancient times, no doubt YHWH would be unpointed, leaving no more clues as to its pronunciation than do other ancient artifacts with the name.

Well, in principle the name could have been preserved in an ancient translation into a language which has vowels. But the Greek LXX has KURIOS EIDEN, and the Vulgate has Dominus videt, both meaning "the Lord sees/saw", so the divine name is not transcribed in either case. There may be other translations and transcriptions which could be examined, e.g. Origen's Hexapla. But I am sure that if any of them had clear renderings of the divine name, they would be as well attested in the literature as those of Theodoret and Clement.
