Actually, if you follow this link:

you'll see that the list advertises itself as "Hebrew Bible List." Also, your
beliefs of the Massoretic phonetics aside, the vocalizations do convey
important
information and issues such as dagesh/rafe are generally treated in Biblical
Hebrew grammars.
