The term "qal regular verb" means simply "a verb in the qal binyan that does not exhibit any irregularities."
It's the type of verb conjugation most of us learn first when taking first-year Hebrew. The paradigm verb Q+L (qof-tet-lamed) is often used as the model.

Dear list,--
Is the term "Qal Regular Verb" forms a real construct? I have looked high
and low but I have never come across that set. A google does not provide any
help either. Have I got the name wrong? I'm working off of Parsons Hebrew
Tutor and I do not find this phrase anywhere.
Kind regards,
JL
