Sorry, which last suffix, which verse 55:5?
Parak? I read it as 2nd masc. singular, pausal form.
The following is quoted from Gesenius 58:g:
ak occurs as fem suff. in Is 60:9, but as masc.
in Dt 6:17, 28:45, Is 30:19, 55:5 always in pause);
