Let me recommend a recent dissertation arguing that the Greek within the
context of the Synagogue, including, LXX, Pseudepigrapha, the letter of
Aristeas, Josephus etc. has a semitic influenced word order, derived from
the LXX translation of the Pentateuch. The title is:
Walser, Georg, The Greek of the Ancient Synagogue. An Investigation of the
Greek of the Septuagint, Pesudepigrapha and the New Testament. (Studia
Graeca et Latina Lundensia 8), Almqvist & Wiksell International
Stockholm/Sweden. ISBN: 91-22-01928-6.
