Yes and no.

Have you ever heard a '50's vintage fundamentalist preacher give a public
prayer? You would thing the guy had grown up talking to Shakespeare.

Some Jewish authors of Greek texts in the Hellenistic period grew up using
the LXX as their bible. The syntax of the Pentateuch (LXX) would have no
doubt permeated their writing style.

For this and other reasons, I don't think word order is a reliable criteria
for identifying "translation Greek."
