I love the Metamucil fiber bars. I think they are tasty AND they are
portable (2 in a pouch) so I take them in the car with me for a "treat". My
kids think I'm crazy, but I'm in love with the things!

Did you know: that fiber helps with irritable bowel syndrom? It has made my
life much nicer :)
