Now, as it is working as root you only have to make sure that a normal
user has got the right permissions.

I had that problem when i still used Debian and solved it like below,
but I'm not sure if it still works like that.


new line in /etc/fstab:
none /proc/bus/usb usbdevfs auto,user,devmode=0660,devgid=1111 0 0

Add your username to the group USB GID=1111

mount -o remount /proc/bus/usb
