Actually, the acronym was "a piece of advice on how to look for such
solutions in the future", too, to be technically accurate. :)

I do agree that when used, it's often used "in jest" as in "ha ha only
serious" http://catb.org/esr/jargon/html/H/ha-ha-only-serious.html
