I see what you mean.

Yes, if we dont do fuzzy downloading on the server, then the maintainers
versions and the mirrored version will be the same. That said, if we dont do
fuzzy downloading, some of them simply wont be mirrored (as fuzzy
downloading catches maintainer mistakes)
