And this is what I was looking for. :) I'm not suggesting we move
immediately,
and I really do like simpleinit as well (and as it's been pointed out, since
it's GPL'd we could pick it up) and I haven't found any noticeable bugs.
I just thought this system looked interesting, but I'm weary from the last
conversion. ;/ Also, SystemServices (SS) seems to require both X (as it
starts X ASAP to display the rest of the boot sequence, but I don't think it's
truly required) and Python (I've asked the author, as it doesn't seem to
actually say it uses Python, but rather C, though he mentions using Python
scripts).
