What's the address of Perforce commit mailing list and where is the best place to put it up on the Wiki?

I just make changes and try to avoid making disasterous changes if I don't
know what I'm doing... but with perforce email coming in to all the gurus,
I've only had a couple iffy responses... most were good responses. I can
see with version updates, if it's in the first day or two of the update,
you should ask the guru if they've got it covered so that you don't waste
everybody's time duplicating work, but stuff that's a long-standing bug or
an obvious missing && (or extra &&) ... they'll get the perforce email and
go "oh, great, something I don't have to get bugzilla'd about".

I just think of the guru as "the guy with final say" if it ever comes to a
dispute (besides sandalle and erics, who have even higher say), although,
I just do what the guru says if I did something wrong.

That's a good way of putting what I was trying to say, thanks. :) If the
other gurus do not have a problem with this way of managing the grimoire,
I would like to make it "Official(TM)".

Any complaints? More comments? Refinements? etc.
