So, perhaps we should have it as is and "Officially" allow other gurus to
help out in sections that either have no guru, or where the guru hasn't
assigned a bug report to themselves yet. We should set assigned spells to
off limits (patches that fix the problem are allowed to be posted to the
bug, but let the guru decide if it goes in or not) unless the guru is
non-responsive for, say, 3 days (about half a week). If a guru goes on
vacation, try to leave their assigned bugs alone until they get back and
have time to peruse there enourmous load of e-mails.
