Hi all,

Well then, now that this has died down, I believe we'll set it thusly:

1. Section gurus have final say of what goes on in there section[0]
2. Other gurus may help out sections by assigning unassigned bugs to
themselves and/or "quick fixes"[1].
3. Repeat #1
4. Assigned spells which have not been touched in a week (unless there is
a posted (either in the bug or on the mailing list) of why it is being
left alone) can be reassigned and taken care of.
5. No arguing, see #1
6. Sections which are unmaintained (marked as "Open" in MAINTAINER file)
are exactly that, open to hacking.

[0] With the exception of a "ruling" by Eric Schabell or Eric Sandall
[1] Quick fix is defined as something that fixes a problem but does not
have the possibility of breaking anything, such as removing an extraneous
"&&" from the end of DEPENDS, fixing a mispelling, etc.
