I don't really like that idea, maintaining a section is much more than
fixing bugs, i'm subscribed to all freshmeat releases for all spells in
my section, know almost all of the spells very well, so most bug fixes
are trivial for me to make.
I think having such a list would be good for the currently unmaintained
sections though, so all gurus would see new bugs there, maybe then there
would be more people finding time to fix bugs.
