Well, if we're not too stretched for guru's we could probably take the
time to audit potential gurus better, as it is, if someone expresses
interest I let them in. ;) Also, every submission of a spell or change
to a spell is seen by all of the gurus, so if all of us miss it, we
probably deserve what we get.
