I really apologize for the lack of work from me lately, I didn't intend to
be out this long post-baby. I'm getting time back but work is sucking a
lot of it both directly and by leaving me brain dead.

I will add some good news, I did get git-daemon up a week or so ago and the
people testing it haven't complained so I guess it's ready for primetime.

git clone git://scm.sourcemage.org/smgl/grimoire/

etc. This is like http in that it's pull-only (still need sftp to push)
but unlike http it is reliable and stays up-to-date without manual
intervention. The http transport may go away at some point, it's just not
recommended to use.

If any of you on slow lines get hash verification errors let me know, I may
still need to increase the transfer timeout.

Also please do be conservative on use of this since our line still has
quotas on it; ibiblio is still the site we need to use for the big
transfers. I do hope to use git-daemon to get a git transport up at
ibiblio at some point, using either git:// or http://.
