Added SUB_DEPENDS. Won't elaborate on the PREPARE issue, that could go into the separate description. Anyway, ["PREPARE"] is a link to a page, where this is mentioned too ("It is to be used in the rare case of scripting being needed in DETAILS.").

Will reformat the sentences to something uniformly negated later - if nobody else beats me to it.
