- Grimoire has converted the most popular (let's say 80% of the
grimoire) to the new compile/install system
- All spells are lower-case and no upper-case spells exist in stable

These are almost done, we're at 75% api2 in test grimoire (current
stable slightly lower) and there's one uppercase spell left that hasn't
been deprecated (see bug #8838 [1]).

- All spells use config_query instead of query and/or read.
- All variables in spells should be defined as local (except for
config_query stuff)

I'm not sure how to check that. Probably not all spells do that, but the
most popular ones do now.

- Remove all duplicate dependencies

I think this one should be removed from the roadmap. The recommended way
now is to add all explicit dependencies to spells, whether they're
duplicate or not.

- Updated Grimoire Guru's Handbook (Arwed von Merkatz)

I _really_ hope I'll finally get to this soon. People have done a good
start with the spell file description and the other documents in the
drupal grimoire area, but it's definitely still incomplete.

- Grimoire has less than 50 bugs open in stable grimoire with priority
P3 or higher

And here's the big problem, we're not even close to that right now with
97 bugs in that list.
There are quite some really old bugs in there, so a little testing might
show that they're not valid anymore. Others are very broad stuff that
we can't really fix without upstream fixing things, those will get a
lower priority. Once I've cleaned up that list I'll let you know how
close we are.
