It's not really a change in habit, just a change for a single email. I
think that the setup time would be minimal and it would be the most
secure way of ensuring the integrity of a vote.

I think it'd be a good thing to implement soon. I'm not sure it'd be
easy to do since we're in the middle of a bunch o elections, but those
decisions aren't up to me :)
