The j2sdk-src spell has this same problem with gcc's jni.h. The solution
Jose suggested (and opted for in the spell) is to move it out of the way
during the compile.

My question is, how did the xfree86 spell get updated in the test grimoire
if it was known not to compile without moving the ncurses.h file out of
the way?
