Probably many would have to. Cast gcc on a system with lots of
installed software and have a look at
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.1/include.

It would be a major pain to either recast gcc all the time or
require the affected spells to clean up themselves.

gcc thinks that the fixed headers were broken. If we remove the fixed
headers this might cause problems elsewhere. Furthermore the affected
headers may change with every spell update.
