I am sorry that you feel my sharing of this kind of personal experience is
racist.
If I told you that there were many places in my hometown in the UK where I
would be afraid of walking alone after dark for fear of being attacked, would
you also consider this to be racist against ordinary English people.

I was simply trying to offer a more realistic picture of what Tibet and
Tibetans are really like.
Ever since Cyril Hoskin created all the Lobsang Rampa books, people have been
trying to paint a picture of Tibetans as something that they are not. Could
not Hoskin also be accused of racism for simply making up stories about a
place he had never even been to?
Hollywood is very skilled at presenting a pack of lies as accepted truth.
One only has to look at the current batch of militainment, war porn and
institutionalised violence to see how skilled they are at this.
I was simply trying to point out that they have used the same skills to
portray all Tibetans as being pacifist Buddhist saints. I am not defending
the Han. I am simply trying to offer a more balanced picture.
Of course, if you have spent more time in the region than I have, I will be
happy to defer.

I did not justify either and have long supported efforts for Tibetan
autonomy. My own website was targeted so many times by Chinese hackers for
just this reason, that I eventually had to let it it go.
Still, it was never my intent to get into a pissing match about who has done
more for the cause of Tibetan freedom.

I was not justifying it.
I was simply pointing out that nearly all national administrations have
similar skeletons in their closet. Often they are just as bad if not worse.
If you knew a bit more about Chinese history then you would understand that
Tiananmen could actually be considered a minor incident when compared to far
worse atrocities in the last 100 years.
If you still believe that such comparisons are still unfounded, I would be
very interested to know, what instances you feel are relevant.
